phcah Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and phcah ("the Platform", "we", "us"). Access to any part of the phcah platform – including the website, mobile app, live casino, sports betting section, fish games, eBingo rooms, and any other service – constitutes your acceptance of these Terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not create an account or use phcah. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these Terms for your own records. The most current version of these Terms is always published on this page.

To create and use a phcah account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You may hold only one phcah account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

phcah reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any time. This may include a government-issued ID, proof of address, or other documents. Accounts that fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may be restricted or closed.

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security of your phcah account. This includes keeping your password confidential and not sharing your login credentials with anyone else.

• All activity carried out through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact phcah support immediately via the platform's live chat or at [email protected].
• phcah supports OTP (one-time password) two-step login for additional account security. We strongly recommend enabling this feature.
• phcah will never ask for your password via email or live chat. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to us.

All transactions on phcah are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). We do not accept or process payments in any other currency. The available deposit and withdrawal methods are those supported by phcah's Philippine payment infrastructure, including Philippine online banking, bank transfer, and eligible local e-wallets.

• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or wagering payment methods on phcah.
• Deposits must come from a payment source in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the verified account holder's registered payment method. Processing times vary depending on the method used.
• phcah reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed in your account's deposit and withdrawal sections.

Funds deposited into your phcah account are held for the purpose of gaming on the platform. phcah is not a bank and does not pay interest on account balances.

phcah provides access to live casino games, sports betting, fish games, eBingo, and slots. Each game type operates under its own specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding those rules before participating.

• All bets placed are final once confirmed. phcah does not cancel or reverse bets based on a player's change of mind.
• In the event of a technical error that affects a game outcome, phcah reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to the player's account balance.
• Any attempt to exploit platform vulnerabilities, use automated tools, or engage in collusion is prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
• For sports betting, if an event is postponed or cancelled and does not resume within the period specified in the sport-specific rules, bets on that event will be voided.
• Live casino game results are determined by real-time events and certified random number generation where applicable. Historical results do not influence future outcomes.

From time to time, phcah may offer bonuses, promotions, or other incentives to players. These are subject to their own specific terms at the time they are offered. General principles that apply to all promotional activity on phcah:

• Promotions are available only to eligible players as defined in the specific promotion's terms. phcah reserves the right to exclude accounts from promotions at its discretion.
• Bonus funds may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirements will be stated in the promotion's terms.
• phcah does not guarantee any specific return or outcome from participation in any promotion. No promotion removes the inherent risk of online gaming.
• Attempting to claim promotions through multiple accounts, using fraudulent identities, or any form of bonus abuse will result in account suspension and forfeiture of all associated funds.

• The account is being used by someone other than the registered account holder.
• The account is involved in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal activity.
• Collusion, cheating, or use of prohibited software or tools has occurred.
• The account holder is under 21 years of age.

Players may also close their own account at any time by contacting phcah support. On voluntary closure, any remaining balance after review will be returned to the verified payment method on file.

phcah provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to ensure the platform is consistently accessible and reliable, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service at all times. phcah is not liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform downtime or technical interruptions outside phcah's control.
• Delays or failures in network communications, including internet service provider issues affecting players in Manila, Cebu, Davao, or any other location in the Philippines.
• Unauthorised account access resulting from a player's failure to maintain password security.
• Player decisions made based on information that was incomplete or misunderstood.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes phcah's liability for matters that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

phcah reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the phcah platform after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you disagree with any update to these Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. We recommend checking this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
